Each pipeline assessment presents distinct access and flow-state requirements. Our product line is organised accordingly: tracked robots for drainable sewers, floats for flowing large-diameter mains, submersible ROVs for pressurised and underwater assets, and surface-deployed units for non-destructive external inspection. All platforms operate on a common sensor stack consisting of HD CCTV, 3D LiDAR, profiling sonar, ultrasonic thickness gauging, and our patented pipe-penetrating radar. Deliverables and data structures are consistent across the product line.
5 th Generation Surveyor
Tracked robot for 21–60″ (525–1500 mm) pipes. Measures remaining wall thickness and finds voids behind the pipe.
MPIS Float
Multi-sensor float for 18″ (450 mm) pipes and up. Inspects high-flow mains without bypass pumping.
Asbestos Cement Pipe Scanner
The only PPR tool built for 10–60″ (250–1500 mm) asbestos cement pipe. Non-destructive wall-thickness data without excavation.

Tether Management Winch
The SewerVUE tether management winch is engineered for deployment and recovery of our tethered inspection platforms, including the MPIS Float, Surveyor robot, and Submersible ROV. A ruggedized housing protects the drum and drive electronics under field conditions. An integrated level-wind system maintains consistent tether spooling across extended runs.
